Quite extensive for being a sketch. Several sessions, moving stuff around, various cropping. Anyways it was a study of the work of Paul Bonner. Done in ArtRage 2, so it was something of an uphill struggle. Not that Artrage is bad, s'just that you can never get the control and connection as with a real brush with real paint.

Love the image! The beasts teeth are especially incredible! If you don't mind a small critique, the trees in the background are all vertical and parallel to each other. I think it would add to the tension of the scene if the trees were more angled. Unless this was intended.
